Azure Leisure offers spectacular gulf views overlooking the immediately adjacent, famous, quaint community of Seaside. There are also panoramic views of beautiful Old Seagrove. Enjoy gulf views from almost every room.
Conceived and designed for family gatherings, reunions, wedding parties, and relaxation, Azure Leisure can be rented along with A Point of View for larger gatherings. These homes differ only slightly on the third and fourth floors.
Azure Leisure is located at Highway 30-A and Cypress Hill Road, which is a private dead end street with no through traffic (very safe for children).
Property is very well-maintained by the owners and their local property management company.

The first floor features a covered carport/play area, large game room with queen murphy bed and loft king bed, kitchen, laundry room, and full bathroom. First floor rooms open to the large, private pool area (12 x 24 ft heated pool with 7 ft oversize spa) and gas grill area.
The backyard is tastefully landscaped with native plants and surrounded by privacy fence. Separate half bath and outside shower are for your convenience.
Second Floor
The second floor has three bedrooms: one with a king master suite and private balcony, one with queen bed and private balcony, and one with two sets of twin bunk beds.

The third floor features a large family room/dining room combination with half bath. A two story kitchen with granite counters, upscale appliances, and island providing sweeping views over Seaside and the Gulf also opens into this room. A large outside deck and walls of windows provide stunning views.
One bedroom with its own private balcony, bathroom, and queen bed is on this floor. A custom made-for-comfort queen sleep sofa is in the family room. An elevator is provided for additional access to the first three floors. Stairs by the kitchen lead to the fourth floor lookout.

Fourth Floor
Enjoy peace and incredible views from the south (gulf) facing fourth floor lookout. This area features an indoor/outdoor area with wet bar.
