Chuck and Emilie Sykes first fell in love with northwest Florida in 2001 on a family vacation. Many visits later, they decided to purchase property near their favorite area along Scenic Highway 30A: Seaside.

From there, Azure Leisure and A Point of View were born. The plan was not only to have a perfect beach getaway when they needed it, but also to share the homes with others as well. Since Chuck and Emilie were planning on staying in the homes themselves, every detail was considered, from premium structural integrity to the professional interior decorating. The homes are now two of the largest and most luxurious homes in the Seaside area.

Years later, they decided to outdo themselves. This time adjoining Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, just 10 minutes east of Seaside on Scenic 30A. The expansive Mediterranean courtyard style of Andalusia rivals the best of homes in the area.
